To celebrate our 5th festival, we’re challenging our friends to help fund five artist commissions for Northern Spark 2015.

The Northern Spark festival offers hundreds of local and national artists a huge, public platform.

Artists benefit from a truly unique opportunity to stretch the boundaries of what’s possible, launch or build their careers, and often create larger than life work on a massive stage. In turn, our audiences get to witness and participate in once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

To make this amazing opportunity for artists possible, our goal is to raise $25,000 by December 31, 2014. All donations directly support open call artists – not general festival operating support.

Raising these critical funds now will allow us to give projects and artists the attention they deserve in the months leading directly up to the June festival.
