Roving/Mobile/Performative

We are seeking proposals for projects that, in essence, move along Nicollet Mall between 4th and 8th streets. Your project doesn’t not have to be constantly moving, it could stop at one site for a while and then move along another. Your proposal does not have to include a specific footprint or site on Nicollet, but should at least describe the type of site(s) that would be ideal for your project. Specifically, how will you use the unique character of Nicollet Mall as a backdrop during your project?
